Ipoh Mayor Dato Rumaizi Baharin hailed the Bond Holdings Sdn Bhd’s sale and purchase agreement with Konsortium Koperasi Ukwah Berhad recently.
The deal is worth RM11.5 million.
Bond Suites is located at the heart of Ipoh City and above Ipoh International Convention Centre (IICC).
Also present at the signing ceremony was the Chief Executive Officer of Bond Holdings Sdn Bhd, Ong Teng Boon and President of KKKUB, Datuk Seri Dr. Hj Mustapha Kamal Maulut.
The project is intended to bring a more lively and vibrant atmosphere to the city.
