The Indera Mulia Stadium became the first drive-through vaccination centre to start operations in Ipoh.
Among those who turned up was Perak Menteri Besar , Datuk Saarani Mohamad who received his second dose of the vaccination.
The drive-through vaccination facility is expected to ramp up vaccinations in the state.
“We hope that the elderly will benefit from this facility who otherwise need the assistance of wheel chairs to move around.
“I also urged those who have not registered for the vaccination to do so quickly,” said Saarani.
