Running for the third year consecutively, the International Ipoh Fashion Week (IIFW) 2019 will see some up and coming fashion designers and models taking to the stage.

The event will be held from Wednesday, Oct 16 to 20, 2019.

The gala charity fashion dinner will be held on Friday, Oct 18 at the Syeun Hotel with the attendance of Raja Permaisuri of Perak Tuanku Zara Salim along with the Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu and other dignitaries.

Like previous years, part of the proceeds from the charity show will go to the paediatrics ward at the Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun In Ipoh.

This year, the likes of designer Amanda Brown, known for her dress designed from coins for Her Royal Highness Princess Mary of Denmark. 

Other headliners are Radzuan Radziwill, Sharifah Kirana, Martini Suarsa from Indonesia, Christie P’ng of Vheek N Sleek brand, Angie Jewels & Co, Bijay Thapa, Jwala from Nepal among others.

Models from China, Nepal, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia are expected to take to the stage.

Among the shows include Islamic / Modest Fashion and Modern Cultural Fashion (ready-to-wear), Street Wear and a Hair Avant-Garde while several workshops will be conducted.
