Five needy families in Behrang, Perak from the B40 group received laptops to assist their children with their education.
The contribution was provided by Perak MB Inc.
Present to present the laptops was YB Mohd Zaidi Aziz, Pemangku Ketua UMNO Bahagian Tg Malim and also the state assemblyman for Kawasan Slim.
The assistance will go a long way to help the underprivileged folk and their children during these tough times.
Meanwhile, the general manager of MB Inc, Kamarul Ariffin Ayub, added that the aim of the project was to lighten the burden of the folk in view of the new norm.
Among the recipients was community leader, Anggun Che Sulong who was grateful for the assistance and thaned MB Inc for their CSR programme.
“The presentation of the laptops will surely help our children in their education,” he added.
He also hoped that more agencies and the corporate sector will come forward with similar projects for the needy community in the state.
