In conjunction with Malaysia Day celebrations (Sept 16), several deejays from Perak aka “Silver State” deejays will go on YouTube.
More importantly, the “Silver State FM” radio’s launch will be held from 7pm to 9pm hosted by emcee/deejay K T Pillay and DJ Damian Nagalingam.
Joining them is DJ Golden Munky.
With an apt tagline “Anything but Everything” they hope to promote and create awareness for Perak state as a tourist destination.
“We will focus on topics of interest, current issues, health, sports, quiz time and of course music from different era.
“It will also include chit chat sessions, interview with Perak state personalities, and entrepreneurs,” said Pillay.
Their previous show for Merdeka Eve was a runaway hit among music lovers.
From 9pm onwards, the they trio will bring you back memory lane with their evergreen favourites, retro and current chart toppers.
