The Weil Hotel in Ipoh is celebrating its 10th anniversary and unveiled its  unique Ramadan Buffet with the introduction of “Cita Rasa Dua Benua” which offers Malaysian and Middle Eastern cuisine with more then 160 delectable dishes meticulously crafted by expert chefs.

The buffet will start from March 2 to March 30 from 7pm to 10pm at its Tiffin All Day Dining 

The hotel’s Public Relations and Marcom Manager,  Erwina Rahim said:”The culinary celebrations of two continents presents an impressive selection including whole roasted Kambing Golek, a Ramadan must have alongside the fragrant Arabic Ouzi Lamb, slow cooked to perfection.

“Delight in the richly spices Gulai Kawah and Rendang Tok, the traditional Malay slow-cooked curries bursting with deep,aromatic flavours.

“Experience the bold and spicy Samke Harra, Lebanese-style fish dish,” she added 

Then there is the uniquely Malaysian Ikan Patin Masak Tempoyak, a river fish specially prepared with fermented durian gravy.

For seafood lovers, the Udang Goreng Butter Telur Masin offers crispy butter prawns coated in luscious salted egg yolk.

Live stations promise an interactive and immersive dining experience with Warung Panggang serving freshly grilled meat and seafood infused with local marinades while the  Shawarma & Satay Carving stall brings together aromatic Middle East wraps and Malaysian -style skewers.

Comforting Ramadan favourites such as Bubur Lambuk & Soup Gearbox are served piping hot, evoking the essence of tradition.

For those who love crispy treats, the Goreng-Goreng Corner features favourites like fritters and apam balik.

Quench your thirst with refreshing choices of Air Balang & Ais Kacang station, offering a variety of colourful, icy beverages and desserts.

No meal is complete without a delightful ending. Indulge in classic Middle Eastern desserts like Kunafa & Umm Ali, or savour local sweet indulgences such as Sagu Gula Melaka & Bubur Cha-Cha .

The ever popular Chocolate Fountain is sure to please guests of all ages, while the Ipoh White Coffee Cake serves as a nostalgic tribute to the city’s heritage.

Erwina shared that early birds are given special offers – for 10 pax (adults/seniors), two pax will be free. The offer is valid until March 15.

As for normal price it is RM148nett for adults, Senior Citizen (60 years old  and above) RM138nett and children (5-12 years old) RM108nett. Kids below four idine free.
