The Perak state government intends to provide a second jetty for Pangkor Island.
The Sungai Pinang Kecil jetty has been identified to be given a RM1.5 million make-over to serve as the second jetty.
Currently, the Pangkor jetty serves as the only jetty for locals and visitors.

“The upgrading work will commence from the end of this month,” added Saarani.
Present to accompany Saarani was the state secretary, Dato’ Ahmad Suaidi Abdul Rahim and the Perak state assembly member (ADUN) for Pangkor constituency and formr Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.
