The Ipoh City Council scored another award when they were announced as the winner together with TM One for the Malaysian Institute of Planners (MIP) Planning Excellence Award 2024 for the Smart Management System category.
The ceremony held in Kuala Lumpur on January 24 was graced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
It is a recognition for the council and TM One for their joint effort in developing an Innovative Smart System which will make Ipoh smart, efficient and managed in a systematic way.
The project is a collaboration to ensure smooth flow of the traffic system for better movement in the city.
It is hoped the award will be a catalyst to make Ipoh Bandaraya Bestari Sejahtera.
