Big things are happening in the historic town of Batu Gajah, Perak.
An 130 acres of commercial development project is underway with the collaboration of Team Keris Berhad and Silverland Capacity Sdn Bhd.
Perak Menteri Besar Dato Saarani Mohamad was personally on hand to view for himself the latest development on the mega project.
“The project known as “Canal City” will feature a new landscape for Batu Gajah. It will also bring new economic development in the coming years.
“The current development project known as “Spanish Gardens by the Water” and the Silverlake Village will also augur well for the development.
“This project will also spur Batu Gajah with outstanding economic activity and benefit the residents here. It has potential to attract tourists with its many branded outlets, food and beverage choices and overall lake scenery,” said Saarani during his official visit.
He was also impressed with the overall sales recorded for the Spanish Gardens project since 2021.
“I am sure that Batu Gajah is on the right track for future development. As such the state government is committed to ensure the success of this project for the overall benefit of Perak,” he added.
