For the very first time, the Ipoh City Council working with the State Agricultural Department has embarked on a “Urban Farming Community 2021” Competition.
Those with “green fingers” are strongly advised to take part. Cash awards will be given out to eventual winners.
The commendable initiative is being formulated as a form of appreciation and recognition for the community’s efforts to provide food sources.
The competition is also aimed to attain self-sustainment and overall reduction of the cost of living and also generate extra income for the general public.
Those wishing to take part can apply from Nov 8 till Nov 29 (closing date. Terms and conditions apply.
