A local organisation, Musolla Al-Abrar in Taman Saikat Ipoh organised a Hari Raya Open House yesterday.
Invited were children from several charity homes and members of the public.
The chairman of the organisation Zulkifli Salleh delivered his welcoming speech to usher-in the children and guests.
Highlight of the gathering was a lucky draw, silat performance, presentation of duit raya and of course, a fine meal.
The gathering also served to forge camaraderie among the residents in the housing area.
Qing Xin Ling Leisure & Cultural Village also contributed funds towards the organisation of the gathering.
It is hoped that such a get-together upholds the spirit of harmony and happiness.
