The Ipoh City Council sent much needed assistance to folks in Mersing, Johor who are facing the ravages of flooding.
A convoy of 47 personnel and assets were flagged off by Ipoh Mayor Dato Rumaizi Baharin.
The entourage also included four lorries, four 4 by 4 trucks and other heavy equipment.
Incidentally, this is the fifth relief mission being carried out by the council.
Also present were department heads from the city council.
