Some 300 people took time off to watch the movie “Takluk: Lahad Datu” depicting the incident of the intrusion of a foreign militant group in Lahad Datu at the GSC Ipoh Parade on Sept 15.
The 2013 incident resulted in fatalities among the intruders and the nation’s security forces.

The screening was organised by the council’s Communication and Multimedia Sub Committee which was to remember the sacrifices and struggles of the national heroes in conjunction with the Merdeka month and Malaysia Day.
