With the hospitality industry facing a severe shortage of labour, the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH Perak) Chapter has embarked on an “out of the box” initiative to collaborate with some strategic partners.
The initiative will see on the job training for Shen Jai College and PASAK trainees for the housekeeping, kitchen and food and beverage departments and provide permanent job placement.
Present at the Letter of Intent (LOI) signing ceremony was Perak State Exco for Housing, Local Government and Tourism Dato Nolee Ashilin Dato’ Mohammed Radzi to witness the event.
Also present was MAH Perak chapter chairman Vincent Ee, Foo En Lin, Executive Director, Shen Jai Education Group among others.
