Ipohites, look out for the highly anticipated MATTA Fair Perak 2023 which will be held from Saturday, February 25 till Sunday, Feb 26 at the Ipoh Convention Centre starting from 10am to 9pm .
A long list of tour and travel operators, agents, tourism destinations, airlines, hotels, resorts, state tourism bodies and more will participate.
Other participants are Perak Tourism, Melaka Tourism, Tourism Pahang, Langkawi Development Authority (LADA), Tourism Malaysia, Lost World of Tambun among others.
Meanwhile, Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) is the official airline.
Organizing chairman Ken Chong said that there will be a total of 118 booths and they will also have a lucky draw for buyer’s draw.
“We are expecting around 20,000 people this time around as all of the local and international borders are open,” said Chong to Ipoh Hyperlocal.
The fair will be officiated by the new State Exco for Tourism, Industry, Investment and Corridor Development, YB Loh Sze Yee.
