To further boost Perak’s tourism industry greater heights next year, Ipoh City Council’s Radio TV Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh (MBI) signed a MoU with Alor Setar City Council to promote “Mai Singgah Alor Setar” and Visit Perak Year 2024 at a hotel in Alor Setar on Sept 22.
Ipoh City Mayor Datuk Rumaizi Baharin@Md Daud signed on behalf of Radio TV MBI while Datuk Yusri Md Daud, the Mayor of Alor Setar City represented the council.
The event was held in conjunction with the National Local Government Bowling Association dinner.
The ceremony was witnessed by Kedah Consumerism, Cost of Living, Youth and Sports Committee chairman Radhi Mat Din and Kedah Tourism, Culture and Entrepreneur Committee Chairman Mohd Saleh Saidina.
Also present was National Local Government Association Deputy President and Noraini Roslan who is also Klang Municipal Council President.
