A non-governmental organisation (NGO) and a restaurant come forward to handover the Jalur Gemilang, first aid kit and a wheel chair to the Ipoh Police Headquarters here.
The national flag and kit was presented by Kinta Welfare, Social, Sports and Cultural Association chairman, P. Uvarajan.
The wheel chair was handed over by Wau Wau Ipoh Restaurant manager, Wai Nun Rong to assist members of the public who need them while having dealings and matters to settle.
The donation was received by Ipoh district police deputy chief (operations) Supt Mohamad Sajidan Abdul Sukor who represented the district police chief.
Also present were the association’s adviser P. Palaya, heads of departments, 58 senior police officers and other ranks.
The police team thanked the NGO and restaurant for their contribution and close cooperation.
