Being one of Ipoh’s premier membership clubs, the Royal Ipoh Club set a perfect example of a caring corporate citizen when they distributed food rations to the needy community.
On hand at the presentation ceremony was club president, Shivdev Singh, organising chairman and past president, Dato Dr S. Sivanesan and committee members.
The food aid consisted of rice, eggs, flour and other daily necessities worth RM80 each.
Funds for the event were raised by the club and several corporate citizens in the city.
They hope to carry out more food distribution to the needy in the near future.
