The action on the hockey pitch starts today at the Sultan Azlan Shah Stadium in conjunction with the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup 2022 in Ipoh.
Taking to the field this evening at 4pm is Japan taking on Egypt, while Pakistan will take on South Africa at 6pm and Malaysia will take on Korea at 8pm.
Team Egypt were the last to check-in into the official hotel at the Impiana Hotel Ipoh yesterday afternoon.
With all preparation in the final stages by the Perak Hockey Association (PHA) and their new committee, it is only left for the spectators to come and witness the competition as entrance is free.
