Ipoh Mayor Dato Rumaizi Baharin attended the Songkhla MICE City Roadshow held at the Travelodge Hotel in Ipoh earlier today.
Also present was the Consul General of the Kingdom of Thailand in Penang HE Raschada Jiwalai and his team.
The programme was to create awareness and exposure for visitors and investors on travel, tourism and investment opportunities at the Southern Thai City.
Also present were hospitality, tourism and travel industry professionals from Songkhla.
With Malaysians making the bulk of the visitors to Southern Thailand, the session offered much needed networking for local industry players.
