Soon you don’t have to go to Cameron Highlands to enjoy flora and fauna.
Dubbed the “Little Cameron”, the Urban Farming Project at the foothills of Gunung Matsurat is touted to become a tourist attraction soon.
The project is undertaken by the Perak State Agricultural Development Corporation (PPPNP) and Green Valley Agriculture.
Ipoh Mayor, Dato Rumaizi Baharin in revealing this said that Gunung Matsurat is a prehistoric location over 5,000 years old which is now one of the archeological heritage sites of Ipoh.
“The site will become even more interesting with the integration of urban farming based on the concept of “Little Cameron”.
“Already, there is the Pavilion Petting Zoo in Gunung Lang and I am sure that this famous recreation center in Ipoh will receive more and more visitors.
