A new landmark in Ipoh, the Stallionz will feature a 12-storey tower in the heart of the city.
It is part of the first phase of Ipoh White Times Square, sits on a 10.5-acre plot planned for an integrated development.
The developers are Exsim Development Sdn Bhd and Team Keris Bhd in Ipoh, Perak.
It is expected to be officially launched this month. It will consist of 424 small office/home office (SoHo) units.
There will also be six retail lots, which the developer will manage.
The SoHo units will have a standard built-up of 650 sq ft, with an average selling price of RM630 psf.
All units will overlook either the Perak Turf Club or Ipoh town centre. Among the facilities will include a sky pool, sky gym, yoga area and games room.
The Stallionz will feature a spacious lobby and front counter for guests to check in and out and for other travel arrangements.
