Ipoh City Council and Econsave Supermarket had come forward to ease the burden of the family of one the council’s staff whose house in Klebang was burnt down recently.
The council handed over financial aid through Mohd Syahrizal Azmi from the Public Relations Department while head of the Econsave Jelapang branch Mohd Khairizul Kamaludin presented sundry goods.
The presentation took place at the house of Finarsih Soffia Za’abar from the Council’s Community Services Department on June 14.
The house was gutted in the fire on May 31.
Also present was representative of the council’s Sports Club, Puteri Caressa Ahmad.
It is hoped the presentation would ease the burden of the family in a small way.
