It was a great honour when Ipoh City mayor Dato Rumaizi Baharin was awarded the winner of a Leader Leading a Local Council.
The ceremony was held in Kuala Lumpur in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister 11 of Malaysia representing Prime Minister, Dato Sri Fadillah Yusof,and Local Government Development Minister Nga Khor Ming.
He received a trophy and a certificate of recognition at the ceremony.
It was a proud moment for Dato Rumaizi for having worked tirelessly and with much dedication to improve and uplift Ipoh city.
The recognition also pays tribute to all of the heads of departments and other personnel at the Ipoh City Council.the team at the Ipoh City Council.
It is hoped that the recognition will further propel the team to further excel in their work and contribution.
