A presentation ceremony of hockey equipment to the RPS Bravo Hockey Team was held yesterday at SMK Raja Perempuan.

The event was officiated by Dato’ Abdul Rahim Md Ariff, Chairman of the AHF–Raja Ashman Shah Hockey Academy Trust Board.

The hockey equipment contribution was handed over to Roszatul Ishak, Senior Assistant for Administration of SMK Raja Perempuan. Also present was Mohd Syahrizal bin Azmi, President of the Parents and Teachers Association (PIBG) of SMK Raja Perempuan.

Others present were Yusiha  Yusuff, Senior Assistant for Co-Curriculum; Zaidi Selamat, Senior Assistant for Form 6; Noorazam Hafizi Khalid, Hockey Coach of SMK Raja Perempuan and M. Selvalumaran, Executive Officer of the AHF–Raja Ashman Shah Hockey Academy.

The contribution, valued at more than RM10,000, included 22 hockey sticks, 22 hockey balls, and one complete set of goalkeeper equipment.

This contribution reflects the continuous support and commitment of the AHF–Raja Ashman Shah Hockey Academy in strengthening the development of hockey at the school level, particularly in nurturing young players who are talented, disciplined, and competitive.

The school hopes that this contribution will inspire the players of the RPS Bravo Hockey Team to remain active in hockey, while also boosting their confidence, skills, and performance in preparation for future tournaments.

SMK Raja Perempuan expressed its highest appreciation and gratitude to Dato’ Haji Abdul Rahim and the AHF–Raja Ashman Shah Hockey Academy for their care, support, and contribution to the school’s hockey team.

It is hoped that this contribution will serve as a catalyst for the continued success of the RPS Bravo Hockey Team in maintaining excellence in women’s hockey at the school, state, and national levels
