In an outstanding example of serving the people, the Perak state government launched its “Customers Day” recently.
On hand was Perak Menteri Besar Dato Saarani Mohamad himself to hear the feedback and grouses from members of the public at the Indera Mulia Stadium.
The event will be held on the first Tuesday of every month where all of the State Exco members heads of department and directors will be present.
Also present was Ipoh Mayor Dato Rumaizi Baharin along with the council secretary Ahmad Munir Ishak to step up to the good cause.
The Ipoh City Council also set-up counters to hear and also solve the problems faced by the residents of the city.
