Perak Menteri Besar Dato Saarani Mohamad called on civil servants to get vaccinated for their own good.
“Vaccinations will help avoid the Covid-19 infection and overall safety of your family and friends,” said Saarani in a town hall session in Kuala Kangsar.
He also reminded them that they are bound by the regulation of the Public Service Department.
Saarani added that it is unfair to face the public in their course of duty if they are not vaccinated.
“You will eventually face members of the public at the various counters and thus risk infection,” he added.
