Long serving senior officer from Ipoh City Council, Musa Dun finally called it a day after serving the council for 33 years on May 8.
Musa’s last post was Senior Director of Administration and Operations. He was appointed to the post on July 16, 2020.
Staff of the council bid him farewell after he clocked out.
Born in Pantai Remis on May 9,1964 he first served in the council as the Assistant Secretary of Administration in February 18,1991 and assumed the post of Director of Community Affairs Department on March 1, 2008 and on August 1, 2010 he headed Corporate Affairs Department.
Musa who holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic and Development Planning from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia has previously held the post of Tourism Perak Chief Executive Officer, Perak Sports Council Director and was also in charge of Sukma Secretariat and Para Sukma.
