Ipoh City Council workers will be given priority to own their homes.
A ground breaking ceremony was held at Lahat Eco-City performed by his Royal Highness Raja Di-Hilir Perak, Raja Iskandar Dzulkarnain ibni Almarhum Sultan Idris Shah with the company of Perak Menteri Besar Dato Saarani Mohamad.
Also present was the State Exco for Housing and Local Government YB Sandrea Ng Shy Ching and Ipoh Mayor Dato Rumaizi Baharin.
The project is undertaken by MySuccessLand Sdn Bhd and will consist of low and medium cost homes on a plot of land measuring 82.53 acres.
Inntotal, there will be 1,465 units of homes.
Among them are 392 units of low cost flats, 404 units of medium cost flats and 669 units of terrace
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Ipoh City Council and the developer on Sept 5, 2022.
Phase 1 of the construction is expected to be completed in Q4 in 2024 while Phase 2 will be completed in Q4.
