Pertubuhan Nala Duta Nusantara Malaysia Perak Branch organised a charity dinner to raise funds to upgrade and renovate the organisation’s center to assist disabled children and their families at a restaurant here..
Three boys with various disabilities, Alan Cheah Quek Lim, Ernest Teoh Zhan Feng and Ong Chong Khai played the keyboard and violin played the musical instruments to the delight of the 350 crowd.
Its Chairman Datuk Paduka Song Chin Eng said”: this is a Reborn Platform which is not just donating but giving a new life to the disabled and also lightening up the hopes of the families.
“We believe every donation and contribution would bring changes to their lives.
“The centre would be utilised for counselling sessions and emotional support as well as parenting education. Skills training and development of human resources together with motivation courses for the disabled would also be held,”he added.
