The Pharmacy Integrated Community Care (PICC) programme was held at the MDP Villa, Bandar Baru Putra in Ulu Kinta where some 50 participants gathered.
The participants have a history of bold pressure and diabetes records.
The project was organized by the District Health Office with the support of the community.
Participants were advised on the importance of taking their medications promptly.
More such projects will be expanded to other areas like Ulu Kuang, Tanjung Rambutan, and Chemor.
