The Ipoh City Council (MBI) has introduced a reward initiative to recognise and appreciate field personnel who demonstrate excellent monthly service performance. This initiative reflects MBI’s efforts to value the contributions of its field staff while acknowledging the high standards of service they uphold in maintaining the cleanliness and wellbeing of the city of Ipoh.

Ipoh Mayor Zamakhshari Hanipah, spearheaded this initiative with the aim of motivating and boosting the morale of field personnel, who are the backbone of MBI’s core services.
